The design is based on traditional knotting techniques but uses a quieter contemporary language. Silk highlights and matte wool areas create a surface that appears lighter or darker depending on viewing direction.
The handcrafted abrash effect introduces controlled tonal variation rather than a perfectly uniform field of colour, giving each rug depth and a more natural visual texture.
