How it works
- Brief: you send plans, photos or a floor plan and tell us the number of bedrooms, budget and target date.
- Proposal: we select furniture, lighting, rugs, textiles and accessories for every room and the terrace, with a single itemised price.
- Delivery and set-up: everything arrives together, with free delivery across Mallorca. Assembly, installation and styling can be added.
Built for rentals
For holiday rentals we favour durable materials, washable textiles and pieces that are easy to replace: natural wood, teak outdoors and calm neutral tones that photograph well for listings. Good starting points are our Ready for Mallorca edit, bedroom furniture and outdoor living.
Typical lead times
Most pieces arrive in 3–4 weeks. For a full property we confirm the delivery schedule with the proposal, so tell us your deadline at the start and we will plan around it.
Questions
Do I need to be in Mallorca? No. If you live outside Mallorca, we work by video call and email and can coordinate access and delivery with your property manager.
Can you work with an agency or property manager? Yes. We also run a partner programme for real estate agencies in the Balearics.
