Shipping & Delivery — LoNiu Home

At LoNiu Home, every order is handled with care to ensure your furniture arrives safely and in perfect condition. Our delivery service covers the island of Mallorca.

Delivery Time

All orders are prepared and delivered within 3–4 weeks from purchase, depending on product availability and schedule coordination. You’ll receive confirmation once your order is ready to dispatch.

Delivery Options (Mallorca only)

We offer two options for receiving your order:

• Home Delivery: 5% transport fee, calculated on the total order value. Delivery includes transport to your home address anywhere in Mallorca.

• Pick-Up from Storage: You may collect your order directly from our storage facility by appointment, at no additional cost.

Please inform us in advance if your address has limited access (narrow streets, stairs, etc.) so we can plan the delivery accordingly.

Delivery Areas

• Mallorca: Full island coverage.

• Outside Mallorca: Currently, delivery is not available beyond Mallorca. However, you may arrange your own transport if needed — our team can assist with collection coordination.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. When your items are ready, our team will contact you to schedule delivery or pickup.

Damaged Deliveries

All items are carefully checked before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing design@loniuhome.com with clear photos of the issue and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
